For a number of reasons, Trademark Property Management has been migrating to a ‘paperless’ format for many years. With the current developments in the world, it is more important than ever that our systems are streamlined with digital processing.
The vast majority of owners have switched to Pre-Authorized Payment format in recent years. While some owners do prefer to use manual paper cheques, this format of payment is becoming obsolete and even counter-productive in the current environment. We require that all owners who have not switched to Pre-Authorized Payment to please do so now.
Under the Pre-Authorized Payment format, owners still maintain control of their payments and may request a hold on their PAP at any time. Setting up the Pre-Authorized Payment is a simple process and we will be happy to provide you the required form.
